We are beginning an Anders Team Blog to give everyone a little more information on the real estate market in the Kent County Area. We hope to give more specific detail on our market than what is given through the National News.
Give us a try...this will be similar to our newsletter, but with much more detail...such as our new listings, any price reductions we have, recent activity from our sales, and anything else that is happening in the lives and business of the Anders Team.
Most recent news....We added a new team member to our fold. Alan Carter, Liz's husband, is going to participate in the Real Estate world with us. He just passed the exam and is in the process of receiving his license. He is training by following us around and we are figuring out where best to fit him into our team's scheme. We are really excited about the possibilities that are presenting themselves for Alan and Liz and we couldn't be happier having him on board with us.
